Wow, hai visitato Aizu e Ouchi-juku! Spero, fra qualche anno, appena possibile, di pernottare un paio di settimane prima a Nikko e poi ad Aizu. Nikko è stupenda ed Aizu sembra molto interessante. Io poi sono appassionata del Bakumatsu, della Shinsengumi e dei samurai. Per quelli come me, Aizu è una tappa da non perdere!

I remember almost booking this hotel, but ultimately opting out because of the price and distance from the city centre. I wish I followed through 😔 I ended up booking the Onyado Toho instead, which is in Higashiyama near the same city. It was still incredible - beautiful panoramic baths at a high floor!

That was an interesting video! The hotel is spacious and looks so welcoming. Feels so calm with the trees and mountains. I'll keep this place in mind for my next Japan trip. Thanks for bringing us here.

If you are on a budget then yeah it might be worth it. But I’ve rode these buses a few times. After the 4th ride it’s not worth it. It’s super hot. It’s like they turn off the ac on purpose so your dehydrated and don’t have to pee. It’s uncomfortable. Meaning sitting that long anywhere isn’t “fun”. It will drive your crazy. Unless you can sleep anywhere. And I can’t. Until you can lay down fully. I would pass. Even as I say this. I will ride every once in a while. I rather spend money on food. I’m just ranting 😂😂

Love your videos! it's always an immersive experience, and i think the captions without narration is perfect. and i happen to be drinking a Sapporo Premium lager..made in the US lol but still rather good. And if i can make a request, do an episode in Sapporo during winter/Christmas season, I've seen pics and videos, looks beautiful. Thanks for bringing us along!
